All of our handwoven to order collections are exactly that! Our artisans begin handweaving your rug when your order is placed.  All good things take time, so please expect a lead time of 10-12 weeks for standard sized rugs and 12-14 weeks for oversized rugs (10'x10' and larger)

Any orders delivering to the US will not be subjected to duty fees/import taxes.  Orders delivering outside of the US may be liable to such fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.  As a result, you may be charged handling fees and/or taxes once your order reaches customs.  Please review your respective country's regulations and requirements on duties prior to placing an order.  Marablanca is not responsible for paying fees associated with import taxes or duties.  

Any handwoven to order items are not eligible for returns.  If an item is damaged during shipping, a reimbursement request may be placed through the shipping company.  Please ensure all colors, designs, dimensions, etc are correct prior to placing your order. 

In-stock items are eligible for returns but are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.  The return package must be postparked 5 days after receiving your item.  Return shipping must be covered by the shipper and placed in adequate shipping materials.  Any returns that are damaged due to poor packaging will not be processed.
